Common questions
How do deposits work? When an engineer accepts your session they set a deposit (0–50%). Paying it locks your slot; the balance is settled with the engineer, usually on the day.
What if an engineer cancels? Any deposit you paid is refunded to your card automatically.
How do I become an engineer? Open Become an engineer and submit your details and ID for verification.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Profile → Delete account.
